Some games swapped courts, same tipoffs
FEBRUARY 28, 2008 (11:30AM) -- So I got contacted by the Hotshots wondering why they had all their 3 games on Nogales Court #2 and, quite frankly, it was because Don and I were too exhausted to take the schedule to that level. But I took about an hour this morning to give it a try. Don says I'm too accommodating, but the Hotshots do have a valid concern. I remember when I used to play and I would wonder the same thing.
Incidentally I have never seen this gym, but Don says it is under one roof and there's a partition in between. My guess is it's like Tice Valley back in the Bay or Tarkanian out in Vegas.
So anyways, the schedule now has no team playing all 3 games on Court #2. None of the tipoff times have changed -- only 5 of the games have switched courts and they are marked in blue.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- As I said before when I made the original tipoff post, chances are your tipoff times above suck. I think the worst schedule has to go to the California Shockwaves, who have to play at 9am, then 2pm, then 7pm, but I did take into consideration that they all live about 5 minutes away from the gym. Some team had to get that schedule.
Next time, either we will go with a new format as mentioned in my original tipoff post or we will be blatantly explicit that you could get a screwy schedule.
I have decided not to post the schedule on the SCHEDULE/SCORES page because, with our old website, doing so could introduce some errors.
By early tomorrow morning at the latest, I hope to have some previews and roster verifications up for everybody to see.
