Outlawz Capture Championship
MAY 18, 2006 -- The Outlawz defeated Fists Of Gujus to capture the AAA-Elite championship, as the Gujus shot just 3-for-12 from the field and 2-for-7 from the free-throw line in the final frame to see their hopes of forcing a repeat championship evaporate after trailing just 36-31 heading into the 4th. The Outlawz also survived post player and leading scorer Jin Kim's foul out, as well as defensive stalwart Yuki Yamazaki and rebounding fiend Francis Rex's foul trouble (each had 4 personals). The Gujus also shot a dismal 1-for-14 from downtown.
The Outlawz capped an unconventional season that had an uncoventional 12-team format... Full Story

Team Roster Status and Payments (Updated 4/6)
According to the raw scoresheet from 3/19, the ShotCallers had 9 players for that game. Note to all teams: do not bring more players than spots paid for, especially during playoffs. This will result in an automatic forfeit, no excuses. For future leagues, please do not play more players than you intend to pay for. This has become a problem, mostly in other divisions. We will be implementing roster rule violation penalties starting next season because bringing more players than you have paid for is not fair against your opponents.
For SFFA, Mike Tsan needs to pay for his spot if he wants to play. Since SFFA is a league-managed team, Tsan's eligibility will not (for the foreseeable future) jeopardize the remainder of the team.
Email the commish if there are any playoff roster issues.
