FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2008: I am pleased to announce this season's new "Jax" aka "Oaktown" t-shirts, inspired by Tony.psd, aka Anthony Robles. Anthony blogs for GSoM and is the brother of dreamleaguer Seth Robles.

This is the official design for our long-awaited OAKTOWN t-shirt -- as you can see below, the one for San Francisco was done a long time ago. Please note: specify Oaktown for this t-shirt and specify New (even though it's now old) for the USA design below. (I've crossed the previous sentence out because it is no longer possible to get a t-shirt free with your roster slot payment.)

I really should've gotten this out sooner, before the Warriors got knocked out of the playoffs and when Warrior fever was still going on. But I honestly thought it would have been bonkers if they *did* make the playoffs and we released this t-shirt. Oh well. Still, I hope the love for Jax is still out there and strong right now. Remember how he tore the heart out of the Lakers at Staples Center with those treys?!

Because t-shirts cost a lot unless order in major bulk quantities and since this new design rocks, even if you ordered a Gothic/SF, Circle, or New/USA design, you will get this new Jax design -- you can look up those payments that have a free t-shirt coming on the online spreadsheet's "registry" tab. If anybody out there really, really still wants their Gothic/SF, Circle, or New/USA design, I can give you what's left of our inventory on those.

For a limited time (up until next Thu 4/24 at midnight to be exact), you can get your own Jax dreamleague tee, even if you did not pay your roster slot online and on time. Send me an email to find out how. Please note: The suggested retail price of the t-shirt will range from $10-20, so if you don't have even ten bucks, don't bother emailing me.

$
dreamleague nation tee"NEW" FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2007: Props go to Ky Truong of TheOcho in AAA-P for the design. One thing I regret is leaving the size of the design up to Starfish. As the designer, I should have taken control of that. I just think that the design is rather small and you have to squint to see what it reads, kinda like the graphic of it on the upper left! Woulda been nice to have the USA map much bigger and eye-catching. Oh well. A larger graphic will be posted below along with the others in due time.

In case you're wondering, the map is for all the places we've done stuff: San Fran which was the original home (est. 2002). Then you have New York, Oakland and the Peninsula shortly thereafter, with our Vegas tourneys as well. Then finally Houston for All-Star Weekend 2006 and New Orleans, where we'll be for All-Star 2008 for a charity-type tourney since the Big Easy is so ravaged. We have Beijing/Shanghai 2008 Olympics too, but obviously that didn't fit on the map. I know most of you stick to your league/division and aren't serious ballers enough to venture out to All-Star sites, but once in a blue moon you ought to come out and play in our Vegas tourney(s). We now have 5 different levels of competition.

The All-Star t-shirt is now out of date (so is the Gold Rush).

XXL shirts cost an extra $1.50

Free t-shirts are distributed after the first 4 weeks

Our preferred t-shirt vendor is www.starfishsf.com.

dreamleague circle tee

"CIRCLE"

This is the original, first introduced in Spring 2005 and still depicted on our venerable gold-on-black championship t-shirts. Represents our major metros: San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas, and New York City. Apologies to Oakland -- we promise to represent on the next Bay Area tee.
dreamleague gothic tee

"GOTHIC"

Inspired by Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, the warped Gothic-font design was introduced in Spring 2006 and referenced our first foray with NBA All-Star Weekend in Houston. Again, with apologies to Oakland -- we promise to represent on the next Bay Area tee.
dreamleague vegas tee

"ALL-STAR"

A promotional t-shirt for our upcoming Vegas tournament during NBA All-Star Weekend. The tiger logo is taken from our Asian American National Championships. The tiger represents the "Asian tigers" (South Pacific Asian nations), although we have adopted the same "Asian" requirements as that of the Asian Olympics.
dreamleague goldrush tee"GOLD RUSH TOURNEY"

We originally had a Wild West "bandit" logo for the SF/Oakland/San Mateo Gold Rush Tourney, but pulled it in favor of the guy panning for gold because of the gun violence that resulted in our basketball operations assistant James Love's murder. This t-shirt will be available at the next SF Gold Rush Tourney scheduled for 12/15 thru 12/17 later this Winter.
